Everybody loved Yasso® frozen treats. Nobody could seem to remember the brand. With strong sales yet low awareness, Yasso asked us to throw “an adult birthday party” to celebrate just how joyful better-for-you desserts could be, and make sure everyone got to know the host.

We started with a product portfolio review and developed a color strategy to organize the shopping experience, pulling together a story for each flavor and a quicker read for bars, sandwiches and snack-size poppables.
Beyond “just make the logo bigger”, we gave the wordmark creamier, happier letterforms to cue the delicious treats inside. We also gave the drip element a bright blue background across the portfolio, creating masterbrand consistency and a stronger holding shape to help the Yasso® name pop.
With oversized food photography and crystal clear messaging, we found a way to hit the sweet spot between better-for-you sophistication and scream-for-ice-cream fun. And the brand is finally getting the credit it deserves, called out by The Dieline for its “new look and vibrantly delicious system.”
